Sull'onda del live al Cosmosis Festival di Manchester, che vedeva in line-up band come The Jesus and Mary Chain, Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Raveonettes, WIRE, i Rev Rev Rev portano in tour il loro secondo album “Des fleurs magiques bourdonnaient”, che è stato indicato tra i migliori dischi del 2016 dalle principali webzine di genere e non solo (tra gli altri: Rockit, Sounds better with reverb, Decay FM Radio, Clash Music, Shoegazer Alive, TBTCI, Primal Music, Just Noise Blog, The Lookout Boston).
Il loro muro di suono, che alterna aperture oniriche e psichedeliche a momenti di forte impatto sonico, già dall'esordio “Rev Rev Rev” li aveva fatti apprezzare da pubblico e addetti ai lavori: il singolo “Catching a buzz” (2014 / WinWin Records, branca della One Little Indian) grazie all'apprezzamento di Steve Lamacq è stato in rotation su BBC 6, e in Italia, nel 2015 la band è stata indicata tra i migliori live show da 200 direttori artistici del circuito KeepOn.
